Refund Policy

You may return unused items in original packaging within 60 days of delivery.

Email support@medicube.website with your order number. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.

Opened or used hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where permitted by law.
